Hey! Welcome. I’m Rob, owner and general manager of Good Time Greens. We produce high quality salad greens using the most current regenerative and sustainable agriculture practices that respect the environment, economy, and community in the beautiful Annapolis Valley of Nova Scotia. You can expect to find our greens, starting in 2026, on local store shelves in Kings County.

Our greens are:

• fresher than anything coming from out-of-province, harvested and delivered to you within days

• pre-washed and ready to eat

• packed in 100 % BPI certified compostable packaging

We grow what we sell in the soil and we don’t spray anything that we wouldn’t put in our own garden. We believe in building our soil, not depleting it, and we’re on track to become certified organic. We also pay our employees above minimum wage, offer them flexibility in working schedules, and try to hire locally - as much as possible.

Greens varieties will be based on consultations with grocer demands and may include and are not limited to: arugula; spinach; kale; chard; chicory, including endive, escarole and radicchio; sorel; romaine; butterhead; mustard, such as mizuna; corn salad; green leaf lettuce; red leaf lettuce; salsola; and, beet greens.
